A soft wash lifts the dirt without the force
We apply a cleaning solution to the walls and let it sit, so it breaks down the dirt, mould and grime. Then we rinse it off with a low pressure soft wash and brush the windows.
Our house washes are soft washes at low pressure, so they are gentle on paint and cladding. Where a surface needs more force, such as a mossy path, we switch to high pressure.
We wash homes up to three storeys high from the ground. For taller commercial buildings, we bring a scissor lift to reach the upper walls.

How much does a house wash cost in Christchurch?

Is a soft wash safe for my house?
Yes, for most homes. It uses low pressure, so it does not force water behind the cladding or strip the paint. Tell us your cladding when you ask for a quote.
What is the difference between house washing and water blasting?
House washing is a low pressure wash for walls and cladding. Water blasting uses high pressure for hard surfaces such as driveways and paths. High pressure on a house can damage paint and push water in where it shouldn’t go.
How often should I wash my house?
Once a year suits most homes. Shady walls that grow mould, and houses near the coast or a busy road, may need it more often.
