Elavo offers hot water steam cleaning to outperform cold water washes. Just as you wouldn’t wash your dishes with cold water and expect them to be clean up as well as in hot water, so is the case with steam cleaning of your home or commercial building exterior.

Steam cleaning your exterior means we don’t need to use chemicals the same way that cold water washing requires.

Elavo  exterior washes are “soft washes” with low pressure so we will not harm your paint or other exterior finishes. We also offer high pressure cleaning where this is required such as removing moss and thick dirt on paths and driveways.

Elavo can wash buildings up to 3 levels high from the safety of the ground. This means we can typically wash the exterior of all residential homes in Canterbury safely. We can clean much higher than this for commercial sites when we use an scissor lift elevated work platform.
